Viba Malaiyandi, MD
Dr. Viba Malaiyandi is a board-certified dermatologist with over 5 years of experience. Prior to joining PHDermatology, she practiced in Novi, Michigan. Dr. Malaiyandi specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of dermatologic conditions including, skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, and eczema. She uses a comprehensive approach to understand your concerns because treatment of these diagnoses not only has a positive impact on your skin but also your overall wellness.
Amy S. Ross, MD
Amy S. Ross, MD is a dermatologist board certified in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and specialized in laser treatment of skin disorders. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is an Associate of the American College of Mohs Surgery, the most selective organization of skin cancer and reconstructive surgeons in the U.S. In 2008, Dr. Ross founded PHDermatology where she specializes in the treatment of skin cancer.
Scott F. Lindsey MD, FAAD
Scott F. Lindsey MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist fellowship-trained in both Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery. He has expertise treating a broad range of dermatologic conditions ranging from melanoma and keratinocyte carcinomas to complex medical and pediatric dermatology including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, rashes, warts, acne, and cysts. He has published 16 peer-reviewed journal articles and has given numerous lectures both around the United States and internationally.
Anna Kim, MD
Dr. Kim is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon. She received her medical doctorate from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. After medical school, she completed a medical internship at Brookwood Baptist Health in Birmingham, Alabama and subsequently her dermatology residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Kim continued her education by completing a Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology fellowship where she received advanced training in the management of skin cancer with the Mohs micrographic surgery technique and reconstructive surgery.
Shah Shareef, DO
Shah Shareef D.O. is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs and Cosmetic Surgeon. Dr. Shareef completed an accelerated dual undergraduate-medical degree program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Shareef completed his dermatology residency at OPTI West/Island Dermatology in Newport Beach, CA
Audrey Ford, PA-C
Audrey joined PHDermatology after receiving her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Florida. Her interest in dermatology as a career arose from her experience as a trainee in the PHD practice during PA school. Her passion for wellness and a healthy lifestyle was evidenced early in her academic activities. Prior to becoming a PA, Audrey obtained a Masters in Exercise and Sport Science. As a graduate assistant for the University Athletic Association at UF, she provided care for a diverse group of elite athletes on many of the school`s teams.
Kelley Mulfinger McIlvaine, PA-C
Kelley Mulfinger McIlvaine is a Physician Assistant in Dermatology. She grew up in Tampa and then attended the University of Virginia, graduating with a double major in Commerce and Art History. After college, she worked for two years as a Teach For America Corps Member in inner city Atlanta. During the summer of 2008 she spent 3 months in Tanzania doing HIV/AIDS awareness work, which inspired her to pursue a career in medicine.
Stephen Lockwood, MD, MPH, FAAD

Dr. Lockwood is a board-certified dermatologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and a Master’s in Public Health from the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Lockwood spent one year as a Pathology resident at Harvard’s Brigham & Women’s Hospital, followed by a clinical trials research fellowship in the Department of Dermatology at Massachusetts General Hospital. He then completed a preliminary medicine year at the University of Florida, followed by a Dermatology residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Sheila Garrison, Aesthetician
She was born in Michigan and raised in Palm Harbor Florida, with over 18 years experience, working as a clinical esthetics Instructor Florida Career College, Laser Center, Wellness Center and spas. Sheila is very proud and honored to be a part of Palm Harbor Dermatology team.
