We offer the authentic, noninvasive Fraxel® Dual laser treatments. Fraxel® technology effectively targets the skin surface for smoother, fresher looking skin.
Fraxel® uses a laser to resurface damaged skin. With this technology, there are now two laser treatment modes: one specifically treats concerns such as wrinkles or acne scarring that are deeper in the skin layers. The second treatment mode is new and effectively targets sun spots, age spots and tone and texture, which are more superficial. These two modes can be combined for optimal results.
Fraxel® is safe and effective on delicate skin areas like the neck, chest and hands, in addition to the face. You can expect two levels of results, immediate and progressive. Immediately after initial healing is complete, the surface of your skin will feel softer, look brighter, and tone will start to become even. Progressive results occur over the next three to six months as the deeper layers of skin continue to heal.

WHAT IS “SOCIAL” DOWNTIME?
Downtime is the time spent recovering from a procedure. With “social” downtime, you can continue your normal daily activities. However, you may not wish to attend important social events because your face will appear pink/red for 3-4 days.
HOW DOES THE FRAXEL TREATMENT FEEL?
The Fraxel treatment feels like a series of brief pinches. Topical numbing and a cooling device are used to make the procedure comfortable.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Everyone’s skin is different, but clinical studies suggest that for most people, maximum results are realized in just 3 to 5 sessions spaced 2 to 6 weeks apart.. Make – up may be applied at this time.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON MY ACTIVITY AFTER A FRAXEL TREATMENT?
After treatment, the skin will look and feel mildly sunburned. You will apply ointment on the skin for 3 – 4 days. You will need to wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure for a few days after the treatment.
CAN FRAXEL BE PART OF A COMBINATION THERAPY TREATMENT?
Yes, patients may choose to have a Fraxel treatment combined with other procedures such as fillers or Botox.
WHO IS A CANDIDATE FOR A FRAXEL TREATMENT?
Patient with skin discoloration and lesions, sun spots, actinic keratosis, and melasma. Fraxel can also be used to help treat wrinkles around the eyes, acne scars, and surgical scars.
