Scott Lindsey, MD
Scott F. Lindsey MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist fellowship-trained in both Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery. He has expertise treating a broad range of dermatologic conditions ranging from melanoma and keratinocyte carcinomas to complex medical and pediatric dermatology including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, rashes, warts, acne, and cysts.

Chauncey Caldwell Barbulescu, MD
Chauncey Caldwell Barbulescu, MD grew up in Rochester, MN. She earned her bachelor of science in cell and molecular biology from Winona State University and medical degree from the University of Central Florida College of Medicine in Orlando, FL. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Colorado.

Hilarie Reinders, PA-C
Hilarie Reinders rejoined PHDermatology after receiving her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Southern California University of Health Sciences. Prior to PA school, Hilarie obtained her Bacherlor’s of Science degree from the University of Florida. She worked and trained with PHDermatology prior to and throughout her undergraduate program, which fueled her passion for medical and Cosmetic dermatology and allowed her to pursue becoming a Physician Assistant.

Kelley Mulfinger McIlvaine, PA-C
Starting April 3, 2023
Kelley Mulfinger McIlvaine is a Physician Assistant in Dermatology. She grew up in Tampa and then attended the University of Virginia, graduating with a double major in Commerce and Art History. After college, she worked for two years as a Teach For America Corps Member in inner city Atlanta. During the summer of 2008 she spent 3 months in Tanzania doing HIV/AIDS awareness work, which inspired her to pursue a career in medicine.
