Shah Shareef D.O. is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained, Board-Certified Mohs and Cosmetic Surgeon. Dr. Shareef completed an accelerated dual undergraduate-medical degree program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Shareef completed his dermatology residency at OPTI West/Island Dermatology in Newport Beach, CA.
Dr. Shareef completed his fellowship under Dr. Eli Saleeby who was trained by Dr. Frederic E. Mohs himself. Dr. Shareef completed his Mohs surgery fellowship where he performed and assisted over a thousand cases along with advanced reconstruction. Simultaneously he completed an American Society of Dermatologic Surgery Cosmetics Fellowship under Dr. Eduardo Weiss & Dr. Shino Bay in South Florida. He received advanced training on a wide variety of cosmetic procedures including Botox®, dermal fillers, scar revision, sclerotherapy, platelet-rich plasma, ear repair, cosmetic laser technology and energy-based devices.
Dr. Shareef is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and candidate for associate status with the American College of Mohs Surgery.
Outside of the office, Dr. Shareef enjoys running, traveling, basketball, music, and food.
